About Serina

I am mom, wife, writer and personal trainer, residing on the beautiful New England coast. I've always loved health and wellness, and in 2009, I got ISSA and NASM certified to train. I've trained many clients from South Florida to Upstate NY (where I'm originally from), and Philadelphia. I moved to Maine 5 years ago and I love it here! I work with clients from various backgrounds but mainly those who just want to feel better, everyday, all day. With simple routine add-ons and minor changes, I have helped clients achieve their goals by reintroducing what food and nutrition and exercise is really all about, designed for them!


My favorite client story

We will call her 'D'. She was a client who became friend for years after. She was in to see me twice a week for rehabilitation for lymphatic issues that turned serious and effected her ability to walk. Her doctor sent her to our gym where her and I trained, easily and steadily for at least two weeks.
After 2 1/2 weeks, 'D' could feel mobility increasing as she started to gain proper circulation to both legs again. The best part? She said that her relationship (we talked, we laughed, we joked, we cried and hugged) with her trainer is what helped her take her mind off of her problem so she could believe that she could get better.

I love anything to do with the rebounder (mini trampoline). It's the most effective ad beneficial tool you can get your hands on!
