I have designed various exercise programs for a diverse clientele that resulted in successful weight loss and maintenance after loss. I have also provided nutrition coaching to clients. My specialities include: personal development and empowerment coaching, overcoming behavioral obstacles, general strength training, nutrition coaching and weight loss.
A typical session will include an individualized workout, which will can vary from full body workouts to a 4 to 5 day split. This is depending on your goals! I have worked with a variety of clients that range from high school age to late 80s.
When I first began my health and fitness journey in 2018, I was 50 pounds heavier, tired all the time, and didn't have any motivation to move my body. I decided to immerse myself in a healthier lifestyle and have never regretted it! My personal journey is what led me to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Starting a fitness journey is everything... except easy. Motivation comes and goes. I will help you understand that you are both mentally and physically stronger than you think!
