My favorite client story

My favorite client story is actually running with a potential client for four years every Saturday at the same time. We would run a mile and half jog and sprint 4 to 6 200 meter sprints. One Saturday potential client complained about cramps in his calves and advised him on stretching routines and body possibly dehydrating. The potential client turned into a client and we have been training for over 16 years twice a week on strength training and conditioning.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is anything that has to do with the chest and abdominals. I feel my body really responds well when I incorporate exercise routines in these two particular body parts.

My training experience

I have over 18 years experience in the fitness industry. I have taught Physical Education and watched students developed their bodies and become physically active as a way of life. Throughout my fitness experience I have had the pleasure of working with children ages 4-18, college and professional athletes, conducting boot camps for the military armed forces and government, corporate employees and designing fitness programs for individuals who want to lose weight and get fit. For over 10 years I served as the high school's strength and conditioning coach for all of the extra-curricular activities.
