Dan Amzallag has over 18 years of experience in the field of Kinesiology, resistance and cardiovascular training, as well as an extensive knowledge in nutrition. Dan is certified by the Weider Institute of Health, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. The authors' own experience with fighting obesity acted him to become a fitness trainer to help others what he accomplished himself. Dan successfully lost weight by adhering to the use of the traditional food pyramid (FDA approved) for his program, combined with a regular exercise regimen. Author and inventor, Mr. Amzallag shares his knowledge and experience in a very easy to read format to follow to reach your ultimate fitness goals.
