About Don

I've been working as a fitness professional since 1989. I've worked in commercial fitness centers, corporate fitness centers, private studios, private country club fitness centers, and private residences. I have trained individuals from 15 to 90 years of age. My specialties are fat loss, muscle toning, increased muscle mass/strength, post rehab, and general conditioning.

My general client story is from those who feel better about themselves from within and from the outside. I especially feel good about the client who wants to continue on an exercise program for life because of their results.

My training experience

I have worked with clients who have had hip/knee replacements and need to follow a post-rehab program. Also, I have trained clients that want to lose body fat and tone-up (muscle). I've trained clients from teens to seniors.

Don Harris has been my personal trainer since 2009. He has gotten me into good shape, and kept me there, through a physical fitness regimen he created specifically to meet my objectives. Three years ago, I underwent knee replacement surgery, and Don adapted my program to accommodate and accelerate my recovery. He adjusts my weight training and other exercises gradually to add strength, build core, and keep me limber. This regimen is specifically tailored to improving my golf game, but it has had a fine effect on my overall fitness, health and outlook as I grow older. Don is conscientious, highly skilled, creative, patient, persistent, and good company – everything one could want in a personal trainer. I recommend him with great enthusiasm.
