I became a trainer because I love helping people realize the potential they have in their body. Working with beginning exercisers/those returning to fitness, to more experienced gym-goers or weekend warriors, energizes me. I'm an avid outdoors-person and "sports mom", so I'm passionate about sports-specific training as well. I believe that fitness does not only exist in our physical selves, but in our minds and souls, too. My goal is to infuse that into training sessions with all my clients. I am currently offering small group training and 1-on-1 training in Westminster MD at Dani K Gym & Wellness. I also create personalized training plans for clients to use at home or in their gym, with 1-on-1 support via a mobile app, messaging, and private peer group.

My training experience
I have been training friends and family since 2012; serving online clients since 2016; and now offer in-person group and 1:1 sessions at a local gym in addition to many online/at-home options.
