I’ve been coaching for 11 years, working with clients online and in person before shifting fully to remote training. My approach is built on structure and accountability — clear programming, real check-ins, and a plan that adjusts based on what’s actually happening with your body, not a generic template.

I specialize in metabolic health coaching — helping clients manage prediabetes, insulin resistance, and blood sugar through strength training. But I train a wide range of clients: boxing and kickboxing conditioning, kettlebell work, TRX, general strength and fat loss. Whether you’re dealing with a specific health concern or just want a coach who’ll hold you accountable and get you stronger, I build the program around where you’re starting.

All coaching is remote — programming, video check-ins, and ongoing adjustments, wherever you are.
