My Individual/group personal training sessions are Safe and Effective. You will not be bored with the same old' exercises, but challenged with variety to assist you in meeting your personal fitness/health goals. I make your training fun, but effective. I have over 25 years in the fitness industry and use my knowledge and experience to operate several programs. My personal favorite is Boot Camps, along with Youth Fitness, Pre-Wedding Shape up, Senior Fitness/Fall Prevention and Nutrition Counseling. Some or one of these programs may be better suited to your personal goals or even your personality. After a consultation, we will determine what is the best 'fit' for you. I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals and obtaining a better quality of life. This is an exciting field in which I'm extremely happy to be involved.
