My name is Kenny Wright and I'm a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have over 7 years experience working with adults and student-athletes. Based on your goals, I focus on improving individual balance, strength, power, conditioning, and your capacity for performing at a high level. I place an emphasis on teaching proper mechanics and technique to prevent injury and ensure proper physical development.
I have always had an enthusiasm for fitness and being active. Whether your goals are to lose weight, build muscle, improve overall strength and flexibility or to train for your very first 5K. I will help you with motivation, support and an effective training program.
