About Kirsten
HI, my name is Kirsten Wickline, I am a 40-year-old ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for training for all types of people from senior citizens who have had strokes, back issues, or who have been sitting at a desk for 30 or more years all the way to young people . I specialize in strength and functional training, helping people regain mobility, strength, and balance from the comfort your own home. I offer virtual and 1:1 private studio personal training. Seven years ago, I was a heavy smoker, overweight, lethargic, with very low self-esteem. Today, I am a nonsmoker, and I am the fittest I have ever been. I’ve managed to lose 25 pounds and turn my life by 180 degrees. Now, I find joy in using my own experience and qualifications to help people just like you. I know exactly how you feel. I don’t have to try to put myself in your shoes… I have walked in your shoes, and I can now help you turn your life around, too. I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

I've been strength training with Kirsten for 3 years. I train 3x per week in person with her. Kirsten is very motivating and encouraging. The workouts are challenging yet she is always ready to modify if needed. Its not only a workout its a mini "let it all out" session. I've defiantly gotten stronger. i would highly recommend her.
I have been working out with Kirsten for close to 3 years now, and I can't imagine my life without her! She is an exceptional trainer who always encourages me to push and do "two more"! She breaks down specific motions and systems so I can understand the "how and why" of each action to ensure I am learning and developing the correct form.
