I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and nutrition. I am a former athlete who grew up playing baseball, basketball, and running track. I started weightlifting in college but became more serious and dedicated over the past few years. My commitment is to help clients develop and maintain a healthier lifestyle to improve overall fitness, health, and well-being. I design and customize workouts for each client based on their goals, interests, and fitness level. My style is supportive, encouraging, and motivational.
