I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a former athlete who grew up playing baseball, basketball, and running track. I started weightlifting in college but became more serious and dedicated over the past few years. I am a firm believer in always wanting to learn more and do better with every aspect in my life, especially when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
My commitment is to help clients develop and maintain a healthier lifestyle to improve overall fitness, health, and well-being. We are all unique with our own experience and fitness levels. There is no cookie cutter mold or one size fits all approach. That is why I design and customize workouts for each client based on their goals, interests, and fitness level.
Besides fitness guidance, I am also qualified to provide you with nutritional information to aid in your goals. I can guide and inform you about nutrion and help you develop great nutritional habits that work for you.
