I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years. Many of my clients ages range 30 to 80 years old. Each of my sessions are designed around your fitness level and goals. I'm not only am there during your training session but I'm there for you when ever you need support or motivation. My objective in my personal training is not only to help you reach your goals but to empower you feel better about yourself.

My favorite client story
I had a client who had health issues that were due to stress, working a full time job and raising a family. She trained with me a year. As a result I saw her gain confidence, lose weight and sculpt her body. She has now made fitness a lifestyle.
My favorite exercise
I love strength training and hiking. But my true joy is riding my horse.
