Starting a fitness program doesn't have to be overwhelming or stressful. It's my job to put you on an effective road to YOUR goal. My favorite client story
One of my favorites is when I was training a 84 year old woman who lost a lot of her physical ability after a bad fall. Her strength training not only proved helpful for recovery - but eventually learning to do push ups and a 4 min plank in front of small gym audience - boy you should have seen her grin from ear to ear after that! .
My favorite exercise
Today as I write this I believe my favorite exercise is the squat - Lately I just feel on top of the world when I'm done! But of course next week I may have a brand new favorite exercise!
