I offer one hour training sessions to small groups or individuals in a private setting. I can train at my studio or your home gym. I have worked with All age groups and fitness levels. I focus on working your entire body out in a functional fitness way, for a stronger more shapely you!

I have a young lady that came in 25 lbs over weight and didn’t like exercise. She stayed with me for two years and lost those 25 lbs and loved working out in the end.
