About Terri

15+ yrs of practicing as an ACE personal trainer has brought me to my specialty of working with the mature adult population and helping them maintain their health and wellness through exercise and following a nutritious diet. My clients prefer and find in-home/office workouts are more regular and therefore successful when the trainer comes to you. No equipment? No problem. I bring the gym to you.

Outstanding trainer — inspiring, motivating! Terri Arnold is both an outstanding trainer and a true inspiration! I cannot issue enough praise for her stellar work. She is attentive to form and function in our exercise sessions, and regularly demonstrates key body alignment details so I can more effectively achieve optimal results. And all of this via our computer screens! Terri also frequently offers helpful reminders for breathing and core engagement — a huge benefit in an exercise session, especially since these elements are often forgotten by me. Holding my breath, slouching, and bending in the wrong places — are on their way out of my lifestyle now, thanks to Terri. As I move through the course of my days, I am often reminded of Terri’s coaching, encouraging me to breathe and to engage my stomach muscles when I’m emptying the dishwasher or when I’m lopping down giant, 3-story-tall, invasive bamboo stalks in my backyard.
