I’m Vince Gorgone, a strength and hypertrophy coach who specializes in helping everyday people build muscle, get stronger, and feel more confident in the gym. My approach is simple: no gimmicks, no one-size-fits-all workouts — just smart, structured training tailored to your goals and fitness level.
In a typical session, you can expect a mix of strength training and accessory work designed to build both muscle and resilience. I focus heavily on proper form, progression, and making sure you leave each session feeling accomplished, not beat down. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from complete beginners looking to learn the basics, to athletes wanting to push performance, to busy professionals who just want a no-nonsense plan that gets results.
I became a trainer because I’ve seen firsthand how training can change not only your body, but also your mindset and confidence. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing clients hit strength milestones they never thought possible or noticing changes in how they look and feel in everyday life.
