About Baris

I'm here to fully impress your passion for exercise with a detailed and safe approach.

My goal is not only to get you in shape, but to completely impress your outlook and passion for exercise. This is part of a good analysis process. Because while doing this, I hope to get to know you better and manage your current acute problems together. My passion is not just to get you in shape, but also to tell you why you should do it.

Myself in short: I like working with athletes from different branches and analyzing my clients. I follow current sports performance approaches closely, but at the same time, I like to focus on individuals with or less experience in strength training and to carry out the process together. I manage and guide critical approaches for preventive and corrective exercises, posture problems and post-injury return training. Finally, A good training period needs a good testing process.

Here's a lovable slogan. The best approach is the evidence-based one!!
