About Baris

I'm here to fully impress your passion for exercise with a detailed and safe approach.

I am a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). I hold a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Movement Science and have over 9 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry.

I have worked with hundreds of clients, helping them build lean muscle, lose body fat, improve strength, posture, and overall movement quality based on their individual goals.

Whether your goal is muscle growth, weight loss, athletic performance, improving posture or pain-free movement, my approach goes beyond simply getting you in shape. I focus on proper assessment, safe programming, and helping you understand how and why we train.

I work with athletes as well as beginners, specializing in corrective and preventive exercise, posture improvement, hypertrophy-based strength training, fat loss programs, and return-to-training after injury.

I believe effective training starts with understanding the body—not just pushing it.
