At Last Mile Fitness, I bring the gym to you. Armed with kettlebells, dumbbells, a TRX suspension system and more, I can meet you at your home, at a local park, or anywhere in-between. Using the knowledge gained from receiving a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and 10 years in the fitness industry, I am here to help you achieve your goals. Whether you're looking to gain muscle mass, lose weight, improve balance and mobility, or improve sports performance, I’ve got a plan for you!
