About Danielle
I am passionate about helping people get excited about moving and helping them reach their fitness goals. Fitness is not one size fits all and so I look to create classes that will be fun, engaging, and productive for everyone regardless of their current fitness level.
When it comes to being active and moving I love anything and everything outside. I have completed three full marathons, including the NYC Marathon in 2019. I am also an avid indoor cyclist and enjoy all of the benefits that come from making strength workouts a regular part of my routine.
Watching Group Fitness participants get excited about being active and achieving their goals is what it's all about for me. I strive to create positive exercise experiences and appreciate any and all feedback I can get. Can't wait to meet you during one of my next classes!
