About Hector
Road to Strength is the ideal place for Personal Training because of the care we put into YOU! We do this by improving human performance and, therefore, limiting injury. Also, I take the utmost care in reaching out and keeping an open line of communication, which allows me to help you create those healthy lifestyle changes/behaviors needed for success.
Training sessions include a personalized training program, nutrition counseling, and email/text support to answer any questions and help keep you accountable. A session is an hour in length where we will start with a warmup and then head into the workout, the strength training aspect of the program is going to be based on a means to progress you at a pace that you can keep up. Then we will finish the workout with a conditioning portion to get the heart rate up a bit, but also improve cardio output which will also help your recovery in your strength portions of the workout.
I enjoy seeing people's reactions 6-8 weeks after we start and how they are now making the changes necessary for success. I became a coach because I enjoy educating clients and giving them the tools to add to what they already have making them more well rounded when it comes to training.
