I’m a 21-year-old NASM-certified personal trainer and psychology major with aspirations to become a therapist. Fitness is my passion and my calling, and I’m dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power it can bring to their lives.

I’ve been an avid weightlifter for nearly six years, and in 2021, I decided to challenge myself by stepping out of my comfort zone to combine lifting with running. I’m proud to say I coached myself from being a complete non-runner to finishing two marathons, proving that growth happens when you embrace new challenges.

My fitness philosophy is simple: working out should be fun and engaging. Everyone’s journey to fitness is unique, and it’s not about comparing yourself to others—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself, one step at a time
