Josh is a health and fitness expert with plenty of experience training everybody from working parents to professional athletes. He is known for his positive demeanor & high-energy level, his sense of humor, and his ability to accidentally make a personal trainer biography sound more like a dating-profile.
Although Josh has high-level certifications such as the NSCA-CSCS, he is an avid reader, YouTube video-watcher, and fitness seminar-attendee. His training philosophy could best be described as, "challenging mainstream fitness." He believes in keeping things simple through basic mobility & strength training while maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Josh’s favorite foods include ice cream and pizza, but he spends most of his time eating greek yogurt and vegetables. In his spare time, he can be found hanging out with his friends & family or lifting heavy things. His favorite exercise is the squat.
