Training in homes, gyms, and at parks. I offer 1 on 1 boot camp style personal training sessions (and conventional personal training) that combine cardio, body weight exercises, and resistance training to boost your metabolism. Whether you're looking to boost your metabolism, lose weight, tone up, improve cardio/muscular endurance, or build strong, lean muscle, I can customize the program to meet your needs and exceed your goals. I have the ability to adjust my program to all skill and fitness levels, so don't be intimidated by the term "boot camp" if you're just getting back into exercising. I can also provide nutrition coaching to maximize your efforts and results. I bring all the necessary equipment to our sessions, so all you need to do is get motivated and show up! Time, effort, and dedication are three of the most important factors when trying to implement change, whether the change be to lose weight, tone up, gain mass, improve endurance, or just improve your health in general. My favorite exercise

The jumping jack, pull up and burpee are all my favorite exercises. They are simple and effective!

My training experience

I'm a RN and have been a personal trainer since 2009. I have worked with individuals of all fitness levels, many of whom have had complex medical conditions. I've had the opportunity to train D1 athletes, prepare future soldiers for basic training, and work with individuals well into their sixties and seventies. The nursing background has helped me build the skills necessary to safely work with clients that have even the most complicated medical conditions.
