Hello! My name is Liz and I'm passionate about helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their personal health goals. With extensive experience working with student-athletes across various sports, as well as children as young as 10 and adults up to 80 years old, I have a diverse background that allows me to tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. A typical session with me is dynamic and engaging, focusing on both physical fitness and mental well-being. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel motivated and empowered. My training programs are designed to be flexible and adaptive, ensuring that I can be the coach you need, whether you're looking to improve athletic performance, maintain mobility, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle. I became a personal trainer because I believe in the transformative power of fitness. My one goal is to help you become a person you are proud of, whether that means achieving a specific athletic milestone, improving your overall health, or building confidence through physical activity.
