I am Max, and I started my personal training brand Cowboy Fitness to share my knowledge and passion for fitness. My goal is to help people live healthy, active, and pain-free lives.

I am a former college athlete, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have experience in training with a wide spectrum of clients.
