Paul Sweatt
VerifiedAbout Paul
I was a fat, out-of-shape child until a family member told me just how fat and out-of-shape I was. That revelation started me on my fitness journey. At first, I had no idea what I was doing. Nada. Zilch. Not a clue. This lack of knowledge led to many setbacks and injuries, the worst of which was severe back and hip pain. These injuries came with a gift, a drive to understand how and why the body gets injured, responds to injury, an appreciation for helping people in pain, and an ambition to learn more about how the body works and responds to injury. And, of course, how to stay injury free.
