Scott has been training clients for over 5 years. He has been committed to fitness for his entire life. Some of his hobbies include; snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking. He has experience working with all age groups and populations. Scott specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Throughout his life, Scott has had to rebuild his own body from multiple injuries. He understands how difficult the journey can be not just physically but mentally.
Scotts main 3 pillars of training are efficiency, safety, and fun. He wants you to get the most out of your time. Making sure that you are always moving forward, and avoiding injuries. It is also important for you to enjoy your workout. Fun is an important factor when it comes to creating a positive habit.
