I pride myself on my systematic approach to fitness, focusing on individual assessments to create customized plans that align with clients' goals. My experience as a Wellness Manager further enhances my ability to implement effective wellness strategies that address the unique needs of each participant. Additionally, my calm and productive demeanor has helped me navigate challenges and support clients in their fitness journeys.
My favorite client story
I have accomplished so much in my career as trainer but I could talk about someone in specific, Elizabeth Comes to the top of all of them, I helped her to get her life back by making her loss 60 pounds of unwanted weight and of course the self confidence lost in the process, she have been grateful to me since then, but I'm the happiest trainer for making her accomplished her dreams!
My favorite exercise
Cardio kickboxing classes! There is nothing you cannot achieve by throwing punches and kicks. definitely tells me about your inner character and your willingness to conquer anything you want! Go for it!
Also Zumba, Dancing is the most enjoyable of all exercises.
