When you train with me one on one or in a buddy system, you will get a customized fitness program created specifically for your personal health and fitness goals. When you train in my boot camp program, you will get the workout of your life through a variety of exercises all created to challenge you and take your fitness to the next level. I believe anyone can transform their body whether it be losing weight, toning up or adding muscle if they stick to and practice the three D's: Desire, Determination and Dedication. My favorite exercise

If I had to choose one single bodyweight exercise as the overall best, it would be the Burpee...hands down. Done correctly, that one exercise works every major muscle group like no other. If I had to choose one weight lifting exercise as the overall best, it would be the deadlift. With sufficient weight and correct form, this one exercise engages every major muscle group to perform. You will definitely feel it the next day.

My training experience

I have been involved in health and fitness for over 15 years and have helped many people reach their fitness goals. I finally decided that this was the profession I was meant to be in, so in 2009 I became certified through The National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT). I started my own mobile fitness business in May of 2009, training my clients in their homes, their community fitness centers or nearby parks and bike trails. Now I train my clients in the privacy of my garage that I have converted into a fully furnished gym.
