I've been a personal trainer for over 29 years and as a ex pro athlete. I understand the needs of today's society. By listening to my clients needs I putting together a Exercise Prescription to help them to manage a healthy lifestyle to better their health. Over the years I've had the experience to work and learn from of the Top Cardiac Doctors, Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist and Orthopedic Specialist in their field to help me diagnose and treat my clients with these special conditions. I've worked with clients in almost all areas of fitness from elementary school to law enforcement just to name a few. Let's just say I'm a well rounded trainer to say the least. I became a trainer to help others reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle to live longer. This my passion, not a job. This is is something I love to do and am gifted to do.

My favorite client story
In 2007 I had a client, a 86 year old WWll veteran, who just just had a quadruple bypass and one of the things on his Bucket List was to be able to run a Marathon. With hard work and collaboration with his cardiologist within a year and a half ran his first of 3 Marathons. Sadly I got the news that he passed in his sleep in 2010. I testimony that will forever live with me.
