I am Coach Mo and I want to keep it straight and to the point, I CARE about what I do and have been in the industry over 15 years.  I do NOT use fast, unhealthy gimicks or crash diets....my methods are all science based to get you to your goal in a healthy and FUN manner.  Let take this journey on together, let's get MO-tivated and let's DO THIS!

My favorite client story

I had a female client (we will call her Jane), and she was in one of my boot camps for Women. She was so ashamed of herself that she would perform her workouts facing her back to the mirror. .As week by week went by she was slowly finding herself again and gaining her confidence. Upon one of our final weigh in days, she came in absolutely glowing and we sat down and talked as we both cried, laughed, and reflected on her journey and the not new, but improved woman who sat before me. That was when I knew it was my purpose to keep this going for as many people that I could reach and do the same for.
