About Amy

Hi! I’m Amy, your go-to trainer for all things woman! I specialize in chronic pain management, injury recovery, and season of life changes. My passion is to help women thrive through movement and get to know their body’s specific needs to build confidence and become their healthiest selves. I have been a leader in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years as a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and certified wellness coach. My favorite form of exercise is lifting weights, and my favorite form of movement is hiking and paddle boarding. I became a trainer because I’ve always loved fitness but never felt worthy of being a professional fitness trainer, and exercise is the one thing I can turn to that makes me feel strong when everything else in life makes me feel weak. I decided to break the mold and let my size 10 curvy frame shine in this industry.

My sessions are typically 30-60 minutes long, depending on your health needs and pain levels, and I almost always start clients out with balance training and core training. Slow and steady wins the race here, so if you are looking for lower intensity workouts that will help your pain decrease or help you improve after pregnancy or surgery, I’m your trainer!
