About Cheyenne
I offer virtual training via FaceTime or Zoom, or really any platform. This has worked well for many of my clients that are working from home and can't get to the gym or clients that just don't feel comfortable coming into the gym.
There is the option to take your phone or laptop to the gym while I guide you through different workouts that can be done in the gym. While I can also program workouts with or without equipment. I have helped many clients conquer their fitness and wellness goals and plan to keep helping them through their health obstacles.
Clients should expect a fun, encouraging, and rewarding experience that is designed to hit the goals they have in place for their successes. I offer a very safe and positive vibe, giving cues and progressions of movements to allow for correct form and no injury.
I am here to help you get back in to shape and conquer those goals you have in store for this year!
My favorite exercise
I wouldn't say that I have a favorite exercise, but I do love a more intense workout with some barbell work. Really any CrossFit workout gets me pumped up!

I've been training with Cheyenne for 2 years and am very satisfied with the results! Cheyenne is flexible and easily accommodates changes in my schedule. She is highly motivational, certified, well trained, and gives great verbal feedback. She has introduced me to a variety of exercises, gears challenges appropriate to my skill level, and personalizes my workouts to target areas I want to work on. Cheyenne is very professional with an outgoing personality which provides the perfect balance for great training sessions!
Cheyenne (AKA Coach) has been my Fitness Instructor for over a year and in that time, I have a noticeable increase in strength, stamina and flexibility with the training devices and methods Cheyenne has incorporated in my training. She is extremely knowledgeable and uses a wide variety of exercises and methods to keep training constantly fresh and challenging. Cheyenne is also extremely flexible with her training methods and can adjust to a wide range of physical ability levels. I personally have some physical limitations and Cheyenne has adjusted and tailored training exercises to help me achieve my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Cheyenne to anyone from a beginner looking to start their fitness journey to the advanced athlete looking to elevate their fitness level. I don’t think I’d be where I am today physically without her guidance and support.
I'm in my 50s and had never exercised (other than softball in my 20s) as an adult prioer to working out with Cheyenne. I started working with Cheyenne in January of 2019 and am still a client today. I am significantly healthier and more fit because of the time I've spent with Cheyenne. I highly recommend her, and here is why. My goals were to be healthier and generally stronger. It was not to bulk up, lift a certain weight, or do a certain number of crunches. Cheyenne has done a great job working with me to learn how to lift weights and use equipment correctly, while working around all of my "old man" aches and pains. Well my knees don't get sore anymore and the twinges I used to feel occasionally in my back and neck rarely happen. Moving my son into a 3rd floor apartment 5 months into training, and doing over 60 flights of stairs in a day while carrying boxes and furniture was not easy, but was doable because of Cheyenne. Cheyenne does a very good job of customizing the workout to your goals. When I started, we would do 3 circuits, each with 3-4 exercises (a lift, or movement, or a specific piece of equipment) repeated 3-4 times. There was usually a lower body circuit, an upper body circuit, and then either a core or cardio circuit. I really liked the variety of this style, as I would often do 60-70 different exercises across the 3 workouts per week. More recently we have done a more focused approach aimed at improving 4 specific lifts, while increasing the amount of cardio at the same time. I had a workout partner during many of these and the workouts are always customized for what we can do. I should also mention that during the pandemic, when the gym was closed, she guided me through workouts over Zoom, using the equipment I had been able to scrounge up from the very sold out stores. We migrated to outdoor, mostly body-weight workouts for a while last summer before getting back into the gym with masks last fall. Cheyenne is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend her for beginners as well advanced athletes.
