Devin has worked as a sports recovery coach, administering assisted stretching, myofascial cupping, and massage for myofascial release. Devin also coached at the recreation center for students and faculty at Oakland University. Additionally, Devin has worked as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and lifestyle coach for people from all walks of life and ability levels.
A lifelong athlete, Devin played soccer and ran track and field in high school. In college, he joined every recreational sports league he could, including soccer, volleyball, football, basketball, and table tennis. He currently strength trains to look great and improve his golf game.
Devin works with each client to determine their reason for training, to give them an anchor throughout their fitness journey. He believes that training can help build mental fortitude, improving a client's ability to focus and find solutions in times of uncertainty. His goal is to not only train clients through individualized fitness programs, but to also help them build confidence, productivity, and resilience that carries over into their everyday lives.
