I have been a personal trainer and nutritionist for two years now, working in person with a wide variety of clients to help them meet their goals - everything from weight loss to muscle gain to post-rehab. I became a trainer because exercise had a profound effect on my mental health during a really tough period in my life. Better mental health in turn had positives effect on my eating habits, my sleep, my relationships - nearly every aspect of my life. Since then, I have been passionate about the benefits of exercise beyond simply how it can change your physique. My philosophy on training is to educate, guide and encourage you along your journey, not just tell you what to do and how do it. The ultimate goal is to give you the tools and confidence needed to make a healthy lifestyle sustainable.
