About Evan

We Start with You. Health Fitness Audit and Body Diagnostic Workout. Our Health and Fitness Audit will assess your exercise habits, evaluate your health history and align this with your goals. Meeting with your professional Fitness Trainer will help you determine your goals, set a baseline with the Fit score Testing Blood Pressure, body fat your strength, flexibility and cardio condition. After you are put through our signature Body Diagnostic Workout, we will understand what are the best exercises for you to achieve your goals and recommend a 30 day fitness plan to reach your goal. Together we can decide what is the best course of action for you get results. My connection with fitness: I have a passion for fitness that grew out of necessity, having been born with a form of Cerebral Palsy wearing a brace on my right leg until the age of 17. Given a choice of a wheel chair or to walk, I chose to work hard to limit the effects of this disability. Finding exercise has given me a passion for soccer, running, cycling, and strength training. Taking physical therapy training in college expanded my foundation; also helping I realized I wanted to advance health and wellness.
