I love working with people to reach their goals and it's the reason why I provide personalized training programs and coaching. Whether it's building strength, improving endurance, or enhancing overall well-being, Im committed to guiding clients on their wellness journey. A little bit about me; I love the outdoors and enjoying lake Michigan in the summer time. Going on walks, gardening, traveling, and great coffee I think are some of the joys life brings.
My favorite exercise
Body weight strength training. Cardio through avenues like biking, walking, stairs, or running.
