About Trainer

Hi, I’m Jess! I'm a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and mindset coach who helps busy women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits without extremes. I specialize in strength training, metabolic health, glute and core development, and habit change.

I’ve coached women of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners who feel intimidated by the gym to those who want to get stronger, leaner, and more consistent with their routine. I love working with clients who are ready to trade perfectionism for progress and want a coach who truly listens, adjusts, and supports them through real life... busy schedules, hormones, stress, and everything in between.

My sessions are focused, efficient, and tailored to your ability level. You can expect great form coaching, progressive strength work, and a supportive approach that helps you feel strong from day one. My mission is simple: to help you become stronger physically and mentally so you can show up for your life in a way that feels powerful and sustainable.

My favorite client story

My favorite client story comes from a 5:30 AM women’s bootcamp I taught a couple years ago. Every morning, these 10–15 women showed up... tired, busy, stretched thin, but committed to becoming stronger. In just four weeks, some went from knee pushups to banging out 10+ toe pushups with incredible form. The fat loss and strength gains were great, but the real transformation was the way their faces lit up when they realized, “I can do hard things.” Watching that kind of pride and confidence grow is why I do what I do.

My favorite exercise

Kettlebell swings! They’re one of the most effective total-body exercises for building power, strengthening the posterior chain, and improving metabolic conditioning. Swings teach hip hinge mechanics, boost athleticism, and give clients a massive return on investment in a short amount of time.

My favorite quote

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” — Robert Collier

My training philosophy

My training philosophy is simple: build strength, move with intention, and create habits that support long-term metabolic health. I believe in science-backed programming, progressive overload, and teaching clients how to use strength training as the foundation for better energy, mobility, confidence, and body composition. Fitness should enhance your life, not overtake it... and consistency always matters more than perfection.

My training experience

I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and mindset coach with extensive experience helping women build strength, improve metabolic health, and create sustainable habits. I’ve coached clients through strength training, fat loss, body recomposition, mobility work, and mindset transformation, both in-person and online. My background includes ongoing education in exercise science and psychology, which allows me to design programs that are effective, safe, and personalized to each client’s abilities, lifestyle, and goals.
