ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for almost 20 years. I teach classes at the local Civic Center as well as Senior Center. My classes include all fitness components: cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, balance and posture training -as well as nutrition. Classes range from 1) free weights/resistance band workouts, 2) H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training), 3) *Seated (standing, if able) senior w/limitations workouts and 4) weight loss training. If you want to feel better, get stronger, build muscle, increase bone mass, prevent osteoporosis or lose weight, I will create a fitness plan to meet your individual goals. *My senior classes are advertised as ages 55+, however, the majority that come to the senior center are 80-96.
