Hello! My name is Lilija and I have been competing in pageantry since the age of 5, but my journey with fitness started about 4 years ago. After entering the Miss division and hiring my own fitness coach to compete in swimsuit, I actually developed issues in my relationship with food and my own body. It took me a bit of time, but I learned how to take care of my body in a balanced and healthy manner. While my main role is performing on a stage, my next passion is guiding other women and young women alike to their goals, no matter how big or small. I hope that no one continues their fitness journey with a hopeless attitude, but rather knowing that her clients took steps in the confident direction.
My favorite client story
I have worked with beginners to experienced lifters, and I've loved working with every single one of my clients. When I first started working at my second in person gym a year and a half ago, one of my first clients was completely new to the gym, and did not have much strength in her chest due to a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. Over the next 3 months of us working together, she was not only able to up her weight in a chest press, but she was able to do a few pushups on her knees. Before, she hadn't even been able to do one. She now goes to the gym regularly, and was inspired to learn more. Everyone starts somewhere, and it's been wonderful to see her continuing her progress even after our time working together.

My training philosophy
I'm all about balance. Being healthy isn't just about exercise and eating right. A healthy lifestyle consists of being balance in all parts of our life. We all have jobs or school, some of us take care of children or pets, and are also involved in the community and/or hobbies. There's so many things we as humans take part in and need to take care of, and that includes ourselves. I am here to help you not only better your training and nutrition, but your balance in life.
My training experience
I worked at an all women's gym for about 6-8 months where I mostly worked in group settings. I then transferred over to another gym where I worked with female and male clients from college age all the way to 80+. I have experience working with beginners to advanced lifters, plus people who are preparing for events and competitions as I have a background in pageantry.
