About Train with Shane
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Senior and Youth Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as Certified in Nutrition Coaching (Precision Nutrition), TRX Suspension Training, and a Cancer Exercise Specialist (pre and post treatment and surgery). ??I have always maintained a passion for fitness and healthy living while battling my own demons with weight struggles since early childhood. Over the past 28 years, I have remained active in weight training, boxing, kickboxing, dance, and tennis. ??Throughout my college years, I was an Assistant Fitness Instructor for a variety of credited group fitness classes. My specializations are in functional personal training and group fitness classes which emphasize total body conditioning, strength, core and stability training from early youth to senior clients.??My main goal is to design proper and safe workout routines that are fun, practical, efficient and effective that will encourage you to “stick to the program” for the long haul. With my knowledge, guidance and motivation, you and I will work together as a team to shape your body, mind and soul into the best version of yourself.

I LOVE training with Shane! I've been training with her for almost 4 years now. She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and is able to make modifications to our workout on the fly when we need to work around an injury. She's the right amount of 'tough love' to motivate me and keep me going. She trained my son for a few years as well, introducing him to the weight room and how to tone/build muscle safely and effectively. If you are considering a personal trainer, I highly recommend her!
Shane is excellent trainer. I had hard time bending down to pick up items off the ground for past few years. Working with her for 4 months I am able to bend over a lot easier and have more flexibility in my body. I feel healthier and stronger. She does work one on one with you very focused to make sure you do everything properly.

She initially set about really understanding my needs and goals, and created a realistic, results oriented, tailored program that held me accountable and enabled me to reach my desired outcome of building muscle while becoming more lean, tone and fit looking overall. Of course we worked as a team and there was excellent communication and rapport between us, which was extremely necessary in helping me achieve the desired result.
