About Joey

I’m Joey Ferraro, and my coaching philosophy is simple: fitness should fit into your life, not overwhelm it. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve worked with high-performing professionals who need sustainable solutions to stay fit and healthy. I understand that your schedule isn’t always perfect, and that’s why my approach is all about flexibility, personalization, and consistency.

When we work together, I focus on creating a plan that adapts to your lifestyle—whether you're balancing long workdays, travel, or family commitments. My coaching combines strength training, conditioning, and nutrition, but it’s never one-size-fits-all. Every workout is customized to your goals and available time. Through TrainHeroic, you’ll have access to a plan that works wherever you are, whether you’re at home, in the gym, or on the road.


For nutrition, I use Cronometer to make tracking simple and personalized to your needs. My goal is to help you fuel your body in a way that enhances performance and supports your long-term health without feeling restrictive.

I believe in progress over perfection. It’s not about crash diets or extreme routines—it’s about creating habits that stick. My job is to help you stay consistent, even when life gets hectic.
