About Mickayla

As a mom of 3 and an experienced personal trainer and nutiritionist that specializes in weight loss, sports performance, prenatal/ postpartum fitness,  and hormonal imbalances. I will help you regain your confience, strength and core without having to deprive yourself of foods you love or spend countless hours a week doing cardio.

I will create custom workout plans and nutrition protocols for you using a holistic, science-backed approach that'll totally reset your metabolism. 

I will empower you to move your body, eat well and get into the best shape of your life as I provide professional guidance and encouragement that will have you realizing and achieving your full potential. When we first start working one-on-one you will feel welcomed with open arms! I meet you where you're currently at in life and build a plan that's going to help you create healthy sustainable life long habits. Your plan will include all of the necessary aspects of wellness: a complete fitnes plan, meal plans, stress management, recovery, and overall lifestyle. Working out, and eating well should not be overwhelming or stressful. It's a journey that takes time as you learn what your body needs as you make living a healthy lifestyle your new NORMAL. 

My training style is upbeat, detail oriented, cutting edge, progressive and fun! I create guidelines to maximize specific workouts designed to help you lose weight, gain strength, improve speed, mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance and CONFIDENCE.  Whatever program we create for you will give you the opportunity to transform and live a life that you enjoy and feel amazing. My training experience

I currently have 13 years experience training clients of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in strength training and fat loss. My clientele ranges from postpartum moms working on healing their bodies to men needing to lose weight and gain muscle and overall mobility. I help women get lean and toned, shred unwanted fat, correct diastasis recti, and improve their flexibility. I also have a passion for training expecting mama's and new mama's that are finding their way through their fitness journey from trimester 1 to trimester 4.
