Why hello there! My name is Tom Lazorik (if that wasn't obvious already) and I want to normalize fitness. In my eyes, to be fit does not necessarily involve specializing in one type of skill, and therefore I aim to be as well-rounded in fitness as I can. My favorite form of exercise involves training with weights (general weight lifting, bodybuilding, powerbuilding, powerlifting), but I also love various forms of cardio, flexibility and mobility training, as well as MMA conditioning. On top of specializing in various areas of fitness, I'm also versatile in regards to who I can train. Various ages, genders, and backgrounds! My goal is to work with your individual needs, help you make fitness a personal lifestyle for YOU as an individual, and be as honest as possible along the way.
