I have been on my own personal fitness journey for eight years. I’ve trained/worked out at home to lead a healthier lifestyle and gain strength and more energy (and an added bonus of muscle definition!). I've been a trainer for six years and have worked with various levels of fitness and various populations (different genders, ages, injuries, etc). I love helping people fall in love with fitness and find their healthy place! I'm also pre and post natal certified! I've trained myself through postpartum healing/restrengthening, and love to help other women with their pre and post natal fitness and health journey!
My favorite client story
I started working with a client who had lost weight on his own before coming to me, but he did it through excessive running and basically starving himself. We changed his outlook on food and exercise and he still talks about how he actually was able to eat more food than he thought was possible with the program I created for him!
