Brandon is a tough trainer, he will kick your butt and make it burn, but he will also make sure that you have the proper form. He will also teach you ways to modify the exercise and will spend as much time needed to teach you proper mechanics and provide you the tools and education necessary for you to achieve your training goals.

He was fantastic to work with because he knew so much about the human body and how each part connected to the next one, but he never seemed like he was a “know it all”. Brandon is a well rounded leader with the ability to inspire those around him. I worked with Brandon in the Marine Corps in Okinawa, Japan. Outside of work Brandon took it up on himself to help me reach my fitness goals. We would be meet at least 5 days a week at the gym.
