Thanks for checking out my page! My name is Coach Matt and I've been a certified personal trainer for nearly five years! I was inspired to become a fitness coach once I finally figured out how to take control of my fitness.


I thought getting in shape was truly imporrible, but somehow I succeeded. When I first started, I knew absolutely nothing about health & fitness. I had a bad relationship with food, I was sedentary, and I didn't have the resources to make a change. But what I did have was the will to not give up. 


You have goals and I want to help you acheive them! It's not about the end result, it's about the process. Trust the process and the results will follow.

I've been working with Matt on and off for the past year and can only say good things. If you're looking for a good trainer that is friendly, supportive, and informative then Matt is your guy. I've lost about 20 pounds since starting my fitness journey and I don't know if I would've been able to lose that much without the support of a coach like him!

I started working with matt a couple years ago and he now coaches me and my wife. Before my wife and I were married we were wanting to lose a little bit of weight so we could look our best for our wedding. We both put on a few pounds since high school and we didn't want to our old high school friends to not recognize us. I booked matt back in 2022 and not only did he put together exercise programs for me, but he was also willing to talk with me about my dieting efforts. It seemed like he understood why I wasn't losing weight and talked me through some different dieting approaches, gave me the pros and cons of each and let me decide. After I decided he told me exactly what I needed to do and needless to say it was pretty easy for me to lose weight once I had some guidance. My wife saw that I had lost about 10 pounds so she decided she wanted to try working with Matt too. She had been going to some fitness classes at our community center and she hadn't been able to lose any weight. Long story short, I lost about 25 pounds in about 5 months, and she lost about 20 pounds in 3 months. Pretty crazy the progress we were able to make. WOuld definitely recommend Matt to anyone thinking about losing weight.
