I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer with years of experience helping clients build strength, improve their nutrition, and reach their fitness goals. With a background in coaching strength training, conditioning, and nutrition, I focus on creating tailored programs that are both effective and sustainable. In addition to personal training, I coach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing, bringing combat-sport performance principles into my fitness programs.
