I have a passion for sustainable fitness & nutrition. I've personally struggled with obsessive dieting, counting and measuring that created an unhealthy relationship with food. I weighed myself constantly and was never satisfied with my results. So I stopped. I learned how to eat healthy without counting, and to still enjoy the treats I love (hello wine & tacos). I found an approach to fitness that works for me that doesn't require me to be in a gym for hours a day.
It's really simple. It should be really simple. The food you eat and the way you move your body should be enjoyable, and it totally can be. I became a personal trainer because I want to share what I've learned with you, so that you can focus more on things you enjoy and spend less time calculating!
