My favorite client story
Pushing a client who was first a friend past a plateau period and seeing the lightbulb go off in her head when she finally figured out that in order to move forward she would have to go beyond what she had become accustomed to. It is always great when someone becomes their own motivation and becomes a partner in their training and not an opponent.
My favorite exercise
My all time favorite exercise would have to be almost any variation of the Squat. I love to have strong and powerful legs!

My training experience
Before becoming certified since about 2010 I have been putting programs together for friends and family and now that I am certified I want to share the information and knowledge with as many people as I can.
